Keep public contracts small, numerical behavior explicit and execution independent of configuration parsers or schedulers.

• Add an implementation.
• Optimize A65 execution.
• Document and verify it.
• Build, test and measure.

A host pass does not establish device correctness. A correctness pass does not establish a latency improvement. Document only admitted behavior, preserve notices and keep licensed device toolchains out of general documentation builds.
